Dr. Yuhnke was born and raised in Mt. Clemens Michigan, graduating from MCHS in 1969, Valparaiso University in 1973, and the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1978.He moved to Pennsylvania in 1980 and after 18 years in private practice returned to Michigan. He worked with a private group until opening his own practice, ABC Dentistry in January 2005.
Dr. Yuhnke is Board Certified in General Dentistry and consistently exceeds the State of Michigan continuing educational requirements for Dental Licensure. While he was in Pennsylvania he was awarded a certificate of appreciation for outstanding and dedicated service by the Huntington County Head Start in 1993.
In addition he has a Pennsylvania Instructional I certificate in biology and chemistry. Dr Yuhnke is also CPR Certified and a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Yuhnke enjoys outdoor sports including golf, softball, and soccer. He is a MHSAA registered soccer officials and a member of the Mt. Clemens Kiwanis Club.
